About Us

The Diversity and Inclusion Professionals of Central Pennsylvania (“DIPCPA”) is a 501(c)(3) Resource Entity that was created in 2008.  As a resource group that brings regional professionals together to discuss the day-to-day implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives within Central Pennsylvania. Since its founding, its reach has expanded significantly. Its members work in a variety of sectors, including business, education, government, and community/non-profits. 

DIPCPA provides a safe environment for members to share their challenges and experiences, and educates them on how to weave authentic DEIB Principles into the fabric of their organization. Meetings are held six times annually, in January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Mission

Diversity Inclusion Professionals of Central Pennsylvania (DIPCPA) is devoted to enhancing and nurturing the cultural competencies of Central Pennsylvania’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) professionals.

Members will champion the relevancy and value of DEIB in a manner that is rooted in education, civility, humanity, and respect.
