About Us
The Diversity and Inclusion Professionals of Central Pennsylvania (“DIPCPA”) was created in 2008. It was co-founded by Deborah D. Vereen and Frank Miles, who worked separately and together on DEIB initiatives for many years, each as employees of large for-profit corporations. Their intent was to create a resource group that brings regional professionals together to discuss the day-to-day implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives within Central Pennsylvania.
